Our coffee is roasted in small batches.
We roast four days per week, working diligently to provide the best possible coffee for our customers. Our promise to you, we will never ship out coffee that is more than three weeks past its roast date. This not only allows time for the beans to de-gas by expressing the carbon dioxide produced during the roasting process, but it guarantees you get your coffee delivered during the peak window of freshness, making it ideal for brewing upon arrival.
To ensure we are providing the highest-quality product, our coffee is shipped whole bean. We recommend consuming within a month from the roast date stamped on the bag for maximum flavor and quality.
we ship our coffee in environmentally friendly compostable bags.
They are made from white paper and compostable laminated film by Elevate Packaging. We have minimal markings and do not use any labels or stickers so as to not affect the compostable nature of the bag.
We utilize UPS for all shipping. Most orders will arrive in four days or less from drop-off. At this time we are only shipping within the United States. There will be additional fees associated with shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
